Always excellent trustworthy service. I have been a customer for 14 years with 2 vehicles and with vastly different needs for each vehicle, one 2005 and the other 2007, we are still driving both with confidence that we will be able to continue with both for many years.

Excellent customer service ! Mark was very friendly and personable. Our vehicle was not a Diesel engine but they did a brake fluid flush for us and at a great price $$$ under other quotes we got. Super clean waiting area too, not like your normal garage. Highly recommend 😊

I had a series of truly terrible issues with a new-to-me truck and failed rebuilt engine (rebuilt elsewhere). Upon professional advice, I had my truck towed to Supertech. They gave me superb service and went over and above navigating warranties and getting my truck fixed and running. I highly recommend Supertech. Their work and customer service is exceptional.

If you need top-notch service, look no further than SuperTech! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff (and of course the cute we behaved shop dog!). The team here is simply fantastic—knowledgeable, efficient, and super approachable. They took great care of my Jeep. It's clear they love what they do, and it shows in their work. Highly recommend SuperTech for anyone needing reliable service with a smile!
Common EcoDiesel Engine Problems
Jeep
- Grand Cherokee
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Cooler Leaks: One of the more significant issues, which can lead to coolant loss and potentially cause overheating and engine failure. There was a recall to address this problem in certain models.
- Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Clogging: The DPF can become clogged due to short driving cycles, leading to reduced engine performance and increased maintenance.
- Turbocharger Failures: Some users have reported turbocharger reliability issues, which can result in loss of power and require costly replacements.
- Grand Cherokee
Ram
- 1500
- EGR Cooler Leaks: Similar to the Grand Cherokee, the Ram 1500 with the EcoDiesel engine has been subject to recalls due to EGR cooler leaks, posing a risk of engine fires.
- Main Bearing Wear: Earlier versions of the EcoDiesel engine have been reported to suffer from premature main bearing wear, leading to potential engine failure.
- Fuel Injector Failure: Faulty fuel injectors in the EcoDiesel engine can lead to rough running conditions, decreased power, and potentially the need for expensive repairs.
